We seek to be changed by the process through continuous self-reflection. We will seek to improve through the process and ask how this reflects on our process and journey.
We will bring people into projects and into the community. We will seek out people who reflect and strive for similar values in their work and lives. We will make room for each person to be their best selves. The community will only be a real community when everyone can feel that through the community, they can be their best selves.
